Terms and conditions
Last updated 03/07/2026
These terms govern your use of FRCR Vault(“the service”, “we”, “us”). The service is operated by Benjamin Sanderson, trading as FRCR Vault. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What FRCR Vault is
FRCR Vault is an independent exam-revision resource for the Final FRCR Part A (Clinical Oncology) SBA papers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any confidential examination content of the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR), the GMC, the NHS, or any training programme or examination body.
The content is for private study only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about the care of any patient. It is not a substitute for current local protocols, guidelines, or the judgement of the treating multidisciplinary team. We do not guarantee examination success or any particular score or outcome.
2. Your account
You must give accurate registration details and keep your password secure. An account is for a single named person. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@frcrvault.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.
3. Subscriptions, pricing and renewal
Access is sold as a fixed-term subscription — currently 3 months (£29), 6 months (£55) or 12 months (£99). Every plan includes the full question bank; the only difference is duration. Payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price for that plan, unless you cancel first. We may change prices, but a change only takes effect at your next renewal, not during a term you have already paid for.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a term.
Because the service gives you immediate access to digital content on payment, you expressly request that access begins at once and you acknowledge that, once it has begun, you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. All sales are therefore final and non-refundable.
Nothing in this section removes rights you cannot waive by law — for example, a remedy if the service is faulty, materially not as described, or not provided with reasonable skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Acceptable use and your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own private exam revision. You must not:
- copy, scrape, bulk-download, scrape by automated means, republish, sell, sub-licence or otherwise distribute the questions, explanations or sources;
- use any automated system, bot, or AI tool to extract, harvest or reproduce the bank in whole or in substantial part;
- use the content to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning model;
- share your account or login with anyone else; or
- attempt to defeat the subscription gate or access content you have not paid for.
Breach of this section is a serious breach of these terms. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund, and we reserve all other legal remedies.
6. Intellectual property
The questions and explanations are our original work and remain our property. Guidelines, trial reports and other third-party sources referenced or linked from the service belong to their respective owners and are cited for identification and educational purposes only.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, add, correct or withdraw content at any time. As an independent resource, planned maintenance and occasional downtime should be expected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for examination outcomes, for any clinical decision taken in reliance on the content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
